FAQHow do I place an order? Making a purchase couldn't be easier: Just browse our product pages and click any items that you wish to buy. The products will automatically go into your on-screen shopping cart. When you're ready, click Check Out to be transferred to a secure online order form. When you have completed your online transaction, you will be sent an e-mail confirming that we’ve received your order. We accept credit card payments from all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. We also accept PayPal payments. Can I order by phone or post instead of online? Yes. If you would prefer not to send your credit card number over the Internet, that’s fine! We’ll be more than happy to take your order by telephone. Simply call us between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at 0208 688 1018. We also offer our products for sale through our mail order service. To request a free product catalogue, please call 0208 688 1018 or use the Contact Us section of the website. Is it safe to use my credit card on this site? All credit card numbers are encrypted with 128-bit encryption when the order is placed. Your credit card number is only decrypted after it reaches our secure payment provider’s computer. It is not held in clear text on any website. Are your products tested on animals? No. Newton-Corbett is against animal testing. Do you offer salon trade prices? Yes, we do. Please e-mail madeline@newton-corbett.com for further information for salon sales. Is VAT/tax included in the prices? All product prices include the current rate of VAT (value added tax) for orders made from the UK or the European Union.
